Excellent Stay Near Green Park

excellent service clean room

The location was fantastic with easy access to Green Park. Staff provided excellent service. Gary remembered my name upon arrival. Restaurant reservations and taxis were handled efficiently. The room was clean with excellent facilities.

The room I initially received was quite small. There was limited space to place my suitcase. I received a slightly bigger room the following day, however, the toilet seat was broken.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the ample mirrors were great and i found many charging points. the ghd hairdryer was also high quality. i also liked the bathrobe and slippers provided.

the minibar snack selection was somewhat limited.

the location proved convenient. i found i could walk to many attractions. the room also provided quiet. the staff secured an early check in for me. the bed included comfy pillows. it was like a perfect start to the trip.

unpleasant attitude heavy suitcase

The location was great near the tube station. The shower also provided amazing hot water.

I found that some staff members at the front desk did not have a very pleasant attitude. Some days I wasn't greeted as I walked in. The guy at the door asked how my flight was and then told me I could take my own suitcases to my room (after a long flight). No one helped me get my heavy suitcase down the steps at checkout either (so much for service).

incorrect charge manager absence

the staff were friendly and cute (a nice touch). the rooms were clean and cozy.

i did not like that i got charged for beers i did not drink. when i questioned it, it could not be resolved because a manager was not available to sort it out. so, i paid for beverages i never consumed.

a lovely townhouse experience

convenient location complimentary snacks

The location was convenient for exploring the city. the staff was attentive, and i especially appreciated the complimentary snacks provided upon arrival. the room was clean and well-kept. I was happy about it.

I experienced a delay in receiving the deposit back after checking out. I hope they streamline this process . it took more than a week.
