The location was fantastic with easy access to Green Park. Staff provided excellent service. Gary remembered my name upon arrival. Restaurant reservations and taxis were handled efficiently. The room was clean with excellent facilities.

The room I initially received was quite small. There was limited space to place my suitcase. I received a slightly bigger room the following day, however, the toilet seat was broken.

The location was great near the tube station. The shower also provided amazing hot water.

I found that some staff members at the front desk did not have a very pleasant attitude. Some days I wasn't greeted as I walked in. The guy at the door asked how my flight was and then told me I could take my own suitcases to my room (after a long flight). No one helped me get my heavy suitcase down the steps at checkout either (so much for service).

i did not like that i got charged for beers i did not drink. when i questioned it, it could not be resolved because a manager was not available to sort it out. so, i paid for beverages i never consumed.

I experienced a delay in receiving the deposit back after checking out. I hope they streamline this process . it took more than a week.
